FNB keeps *****ing my money! I want it back now
Hi there, I wanted to share my frustration with FNB. I'm seriously considering switching banks next week. This is the second time I've had unauthorized debit transactions with no explanation. Last time, my account was overdrawn by R15,000 and despite complaining at the bank, nothing was resolved so I had to cover it. And just yesterday, without any warning, I was debited R3,000 for transactions in Johannesburg while I'm in Cape Town. Customer service has been no help, claiming it's a widespread issue. I demand my money back! It's starting to seem like internal ***** at FNB.

24 Jan 2025, 09:19Okay thank you. I feel like my account has been compromised by FNB themselves and according to my research and by asking around I found out that I’m not the only one. I even tried to lodge a complaint on the FNB app and I was not allowed. Some more money was still taken even after complaining yesterday. I’m fed up honestly
