FNB KEEPS FAILING MISREBLY
Been on hold for more than 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer on a line that supposed to be manned 24 hours. Can't believe how bad their service is.

05 Jul 2024, 10:56I got cut off and had to call in again and the agent that eventually answered was able to assist me. No option to request a call back, and a more than 20 minute wait is not acceptable. You need to do better FNB.
