FNB keeps disappointing. Don't switch. You will not save.

I have switched from ABSA to FNB last year. Since switching I have had numerous problems with FNB, from cancelled debit orders I did not instruct to bank statements lacking transaction history.

When I switched I had to produce FICA documents, as we all know are required. This included proof of residential address.

Today, when printing my statements, I see for the first time that the statements reflect an incorrect address! How is this even possible when I produced the FICA documents?!

My partner passed away in October last year. I need to provide my address and bank statements to my lawyer for the handling of the estate. How will I prove that I lived in this address when my bank statements are wrong, because my bank is ***********!

I have tried reaching out to FNB on the secure chat app, requesting a call with a banker, but I don't receive service.

I need new bank accounts, with transaction history as it appears, but with MY ADDRESS!

FNB, you have disappointed me so many times, I regret switching, because I am certainly not saving. Not saving peace of mind. Not saving service. Not saving!

I urgently need you to fix this. And with my partner dead, who will provide proof of residence if you need this again?! I need you to fix YOUR MISTAKE. AGAIN.

I have made use of FNB smart chat app, requesting FNB specifically that I require a phone call from them. They have not bothered to call me.
Although someone responded on the chat, the issue was not rectified, my address on the statements not corrected.
I have tried their chat again yesterday, requesting proof of family banking. I have not had the courtesy of a response.

So, FNB:

1. correct my address. I have provided you with FICA documents when I switched, as you requested this from me, yet YOU failed to capture my data correctly. This is on you.

2. I need proof of family banking, as per my request to you yesterday.

3. call me. This is not a request, but an expectation. you claim to offer good service. So offer it.
