FNB KEEPS DEBITING FOR A SETTLED LOAN AND WONT CLOSE THE LOAN

I settled two of my FNB Personal loans on the 10 May 2021. Which were in arrears. I requested settlement letters for both and they respond almost immediately. A week later I settled them. Two or so weeks after I received a paid up letter for one and was closed and no longer appears on the app . The remaining one is not being closed. They debited me for it on the 11 May 2021 and I sent an email requesting a refund for the debit and for paid up letter for the remaining loan. The refund was done within 24hrs of sending the email. On the 2 June i transfered money from my 32days account and they debited again R698 and held R699 for upcoming payments. I have been trying to call, I speak to a robot that keeps sending me to the wrong department and whoever answers says they are transferring me but it always hangs up. Whenever I call I wait 20 min just get to someone who can not help me. I have disputed it on the app several times for the last week with no response!

It is very upsetting because I withdrew the money from my 32 days for urgent matters and now they keeping my R1200 for what?
