FNB keeps charging debit orders to client under debt review

While I banked with FNB they were a nightmare, the private bankers could never help and the internal messaging system was so slow I would have to schedule a whole afternoon to sit refreshing the app.

I am now under debt review since March 2022 and all of my loans, accounts and things with them have payment arrangements agreed upon in court, but they continue to attempt taking debit orders off my account which I no longer use but cannot close.

It's so clear at this point that they are just trying to milk a penniless person for money they don't even have that it's beyond ridiculous. They are not even ashamed about it.
