FNB Keeping me in debt

Hi, I am so disappointed at FNB. I had a overdraft which I never paid for 4 years. Every time I ask for it to be prescribed the attorneys find my email and say I made an arrangement to pay R100. I have not paid a single cent in 6 years. I see after complaining twice on hello peter my debt on my profile was removed - I emailed several times the attorneys and the person at fnb to send me the clearance letter - not even a reply.

I see the overdraft has been removed from my banking profile. Please can I receive a letter to state it has been removed and cleared off.

See emails not a reply from attorneys and fnb - I am going to report it to teh NCR abnd law board - that they forever want to keep me in debt.
