FNB keeping me in debt
My FNB credit card was handed over to attorneys , I paid my last payment on 01 February 2019. I sent Groenewald Lubbe (FNB attorneys) my proof of payment and they said they would send me my paid up letter as im done with the account. I called them today and when i ask about it they put down the phone. I called about 5 times and it happens everytime.
So FNB and their attorneys are trying to keep me in debt and add extra interest.
Your attorneys do not want to speak with me, so you FNB sort this out and send me my paid up letter, remove my bad credit or i will take steps against you.
