FNB Keeping ***** Debit Order Reversal Money

I have a FNB account in which there was ******* debit orders on my account just under R6000 in total. I reported the matter in Jan 2022 and in May 2022 I got emails stating that FNB will refund my account. It is now 1 year and 3 months later and the money has not been refunded in my account.

FNB will keep your money and not refund it to you even if they send you confirmation that they will refund you and now they claim they have no recollection of the emails sent.
