FNB keep your eye out
I have been banking with FNB for several years both personal and business. Always happy with things that are actually working. Referred uncountable number of people to FNB!
However upon closer inspection FNB have been charging me for anything and everything it seems. I have a business credit card that somehow got an outstanding balance of R1.00. FNB has been charging me R53.00 per month for the last who knows how long but the outstanding balance remains R1.00. never gets settled stays R1.00 so next month another R53.00 gets "sweeped" as they call it, and don't think you get a sms or app notification oh no you are sadly mistaken!
I don't even have this stupid credit card as not only did FNB fail to deliver it they also lost it and now no one knows where it is!
On my business account I hardly use the card, few transactions nothing out of the norm for a SME, every month high bank costs ,internal debit order and other fees, compared to other banks that is 250% more for who knows what?
I had to pay almost R800.00 for statements earlier this year, ridiculous for documents to download just on the server under my account which I pay monthly for isn't it so? If I went to the bank and someone had to go to the printer, print it and hand it to me I would understand a fee but definitely not this insane amount, but still charging me this amount for something I click and download myself? Come on guys? **************** and I hope whoever is reading this opens their eyes to these big companies that gets away with stuff like this. I need statements for another account, I should probably apply for a loan first!
FNB to Capitec instant payment R45 per transaction, yes forty five rand per transaction! I think Capitec to FNB is like R7.50 . Amazing right!
