FNB keep on disappointing

I ordered goods from Incredible connection 26 Jan '24 and paid with instant EFT. I realised that FNB failed to execute the payment when Incredible connection canceled the order (29 Jan '24) due to non-payment (Previous Hellopeter ***). I then queried FNB who subsequently instead of refunding my account unilaterally made the payment to Incredible connection to a CANCELED ORDER.

PLEASE get FNB to refund the money to me without further delays as the waiting period for ANY query takes DAYS.
