FnB keep on charging #Item paid no funds # on my account
I have been complaining about this problem plenty times .l asked FnB not to pay for any item .. FnB keep on charging me Item Paid no Funds and l wonder why do you keep on paying on those itemes.You cant keep on taking my money like that im ****ed with FnB l would rather close the account i cant keep on complaining about the same thing a lot of times .We bank to save not to spend on your useless Item paid no funds # ... Why is it so hard to understand the only option is to close this account tommorow you keep on taking my money every month ...

29 Feb 2024, 06:36After complaining the FnB team will tell you we are solving the issue but today in the morning they deducted again money in my account.l kindly ask to close the account i will rather not have the FnB account than to let FnB take advantage of my hardly earned money each and everyday deducting Item paid no funds # .I tried to Pay for something yesterday and my card declined because you took some of my money .. Today i woke up you charged me Item paid no funds .... Which item did you pay whilst my card declined why are you *****ing from your own customers im tired i cant be working for FnB and each and every month you charge me over R400 bank charges ... Im closing the account as soon as possible FnB team you dissapointed me .l never thought FnB will do such a thing, you must also think on the behalf of us as your customers. I cant keep on complaining about the same issue over and over.lm closing this cheque account... If you dont close it i will change the account which i will receive my Pay with ..you take advantage we are trying ,with the way things are so difficult ,l will use another bank not FnB 🚮
