FNB keep delivering bad service

To be honest i have been wondering why people around me are leaving FNB. Today my time and energy have been wasted. I have an easy zero bank account with FNB. Last night i tried to make a payment using the said account and i was unable to do that. It kept showing system currently unavailable. I tried to send myself an ewallet i received the same error. I tried to transfer money to another account i got the same error. I tried getting in touch with the bank via chat and none of the agents even knew what i was talking about. One agent even ended the chat and told me that my app was unverified, how when i have been using my phone for two years without any issues. Your chat agents are of no use to be honest. They know nothing at all.

I am thoroughly irritated by this bank, because every month it is something with them. I think i would rather bank elsewhere at this point. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Katlego who told me that i should EWallet myself from my cellphone banking. That is so funny because, i would be getting charged for that and also its only allowing me to ewallet R500 he said the max is R3000. I will keep incurring a charge for each and every ewallet i send myself. You guys need to be serious. I know i do not bring you millions but i would rather be with a bank that treats me well with my cents than one that treats me like **** at any given chance.
