FNB Katlehong is inconsiderate to its customers
1.The Spar Centre on Hospital road is central to ALL of Katlehong, there are many FNB ATMs but no branch-WHY
2.These ATMs often only have R200 notes-WHY
3.This morning a security guard told me the ATMs have not been attended to since yesterday-WHY
As a result, many customers have had to go elsewhere (including myself) or ask passersby for money-WOW
4.I used up airtime going from ATM to ATM getting a new pin to use for eWallet
You should consider having an alert BEFORE a transaction to state the minimum notes available
Also, eWallet needs to be updated to not expire pins unnecessarily, this costly and frustrating
5.I had to WALK to FNB Hlahatsi only to find the ATMs locked up,the security guard only allowed us to use them at 8h15-WHY
He was so rude when I asked him why the ATMs were locked telling me to move away from the entrance-WOW
6.I have been trying to call the Hlahatsi branch for an hour on *** but no one picks up-WHY

Honestly, for a bank that promises so much you are failing the Katlehong people dismally. This is unfair and unacceptable.
