FNB KARAGLEN CARES NOT ABOUT PENSIONERS!!!

On the 13th of July 2023, we visited an FNB branch in Karaglen Mall (Edenvale) for statements belonging to my father who is a pensioner and partly immobile/walking stick. The staff there seems not to know how to help clients regarding obtaining their statements especially elderly people/pensioners. I had to get help after demanding to speak to a manager then a white lady by the name of ROUXVIE NEL had come to help out, in the mist of her giving a clear directive and help. I requested her to prioritize my elderly father not to queue the line as his condition wouldn't allow him to, along with his walking stick. But instead she looked around seeing a white family and bluntly refused by saying most people here are elders which non where even pensioners but only my mom and dad in the branch at that time. this displayed a lack of leadership, compassion and care towards their clients.

Customer Care service at FNB Karaglen is not a priority nor pertinent to its clients!!!
