FNB K90 - worst customer service

FNB K90 branch doesn't even deserve a one star. I've had the worst service ever. I've been to the branch twice now. And no help so far reversing a debit order that went off twice. It's been a month now and still not resolved. The manager at the branch didn't even try to assist, just showed me to the lady in front. She logged into my online banking app, filled in an covid enquiry and said to wait. Been waiting a month and still nothing. I will definitely move my account to a bank that will actually assist.
