FNB JUST WONT HELP!

I am currently trying to apply for a credit with FNB via the app. They have declined the application because I do not qualify for the'premier' credit card. I have requested to apply for the Aspire credit card option. When I went to the branch to ask for advise, I was advised that that because I have a premier account, I can only apply for the premier credit card. Why am I being declined? There is absolutely nothing that FNB is wanting to assist with. I recently purchased a car and they have refused with that either. If I am unable to get the premier credit card then why I am I unable to get the aspire?? I currently have a Nedbank credit card which I would like to close and transfer to FNB but unfortunately FNB just refuses to assist with anything
