FNB just wants more money.

Your helpdesk is very terrible and frustrating, I can't seem to get a decent answer and keep getting the run around.

I had a balance on my revolving loan settled it as per the settlement balance reflecting however after settlement, I see now that there is a settlement value of R66.07, clearly FNB is doing some funny ***** accounting here.

Also what is happening with my previous complaint, ***, I've had no resolution on this.
