FNB just taking money

Once again fnb has charged me an excess item fee whilst there is money in the account. Like how useless it it actually be. A repeated mistake I simply can not take this anymore. Is my money just a play toy to them for now I'm short on what I needed the money for due to their mistake. Have they no empathy for ones situational affairs. All I want is my money back a soon as possible. I have no time to wait. Life can't wait for anyone.
