FNB just takes money without consulting with customers

Not impressed! After paying an additional R16 000 into my loan account and three months later the same amount is still debited off my account each money.

Countless emails and phone calls to either have the R16 000 refunded or the difference from the old debit order, as the loan repayment should be restructured and it still hasn’t, refunded my emails now get ignored even by my private banker.

Again, FNB drops the ball!
