FNB just takes money again!!
I made a payment arrangement on my FNB credit card to pay R 1300 on the 28th of this month, today they just took an amount of R 1830 from my cheque account and transferred it to my credit card!! This arrangement was made with Pheteni Baloyi and an sms confirmation was received to confirm this arrangement. I did not authorise this amount, and this is not the first time FNB just takes whatever they want! I already opened an account at another bank, and will now continue to move my business there so FNB wont be able to touch what is not theirs!!! I await my refund of R 530 immediately.
