FNB JUST TAKE AND TAKE

after 15 years of being with FNB, i have finally made the change to Discovery Bank, and havent looked back since. fnb just want to take and take and if you the customer try to contact them regarding an issue, its vertualy impossimple, ecspecially with thier cheap AI secure chat. i also bought 8 x R100 pick n pay vouchers and used 3 of them no problem, when i went to use the other 5 vouchers, the tellers at pick n pay state the vouchers are declining, no one at fnb seems interested to help or can give me an answer. then they also forced a debite order for netflix to go through, when i purposley left no money in account, becuase i wanted the debit to bounce, but fnb let it go through, and then chaged me a penalty of R141 for being overdtawn, unvelievable. good nby fnb and good ridedens. i work with 72 people and have already converted 3 of my colluegues to change to Discovery bank, and they too are happy with thioer move
