FNB just pass problems to another division

I opened a new account under a FNB switching campaign in January 2021. I am still waiting for the e-bucks rewards to be allocated as requested. I have met all the terms and conditions required and this query has been escalated MANY TIMES, however no-one seems to be able to assist. Have asked for a manager to call back and still waiting. FNB even paid bank fees back as "goodwill", hoping I would go away. I AM STILL HERE AND WAITING
