FNB - Just need July bank statement

First of all, why do I have to go through 10min of voice prompts before I can speak to an agent. Then they transfer the call to the same voice prompts that ask the same questions. Such a waist of time!

I called in to get full July 2024 bank statements. Guys what, FNB said I need to wait for the new one to come out in almost a week.

I am sorry, but that is just ridicules, If I need statements (and not the one they give on the app) then I need it now. Why not give a client the option to choose a range, I mean then I do not need to call in.

They said the only way to get this statements is to get it from an ATM. Seems like we moving back in time.
