FNB just ignores requests

After multiple requests for assistance I am getting a flat ignore from FNB. I have customer reference numbers, assurances that someone will help but its all just window dressing. Meanwhile my account remains vulnerable to people withdrawing funds without my permission. I'm used to FNB not responding to requests for help from their website and call centre, but this is really a new low!
