FNB JUST HAVE A WAY OF FRUSTRATING ITS CLIENTS

Hello I am totally divested and confused, I and my husband lost our job during Covid and I managed to get a double job as a Call center agent during the day and another one at night which means I have no time to sleep or even relax My husband managed to get a job at a storage facility at night which means He leaves the house to work when I get back and I have hardly spent time with my family in months. He takes care of our kids during the day and I do same at night while also working . I managed to get a loan at a Micro finance bank and Started trading crypto as a side job so we can get back to our normal life after our losses because of covid. Suddenly 3 days ago I made a trade of R80,000.00 which I received payment and transfer the Crypto to the buyer, suddenly my account got blocked along with all my money in it and I suddenly received a message from one Thabo Lebepe who said he placed a hold on my account for ***** at first it was like a funny because I thought it was a misunderstanding, I sent him the affidavit and proof of trade as he requested and even told him he can set an appointment with the person who reported my account and I can come to his office anywhere with proof to show i sent the crypto, I have called and emailed several times but he has refused to respond.

I am paying back interest for the loan I took by month end and This guy called Thabo seems to enjoy playing with my life, I stayed on call for over 3 hours yesterday and all they did was transfer me to a ghost that never pick or respond to call. My house is out of groceries and I and my husband dont have a cent, because all our money is in an account that Thabo has decided to freeze, I am begin FNB to unblock my account because without that account am done and I mean done as I would not be able to pay back the loan or feed my girls, I have told him I can come-in to settle anything with anybody who he claims has accused me , I dont have a cent in my house or anywhere so can someone just tell this FNB guy to unblock y account and allow my go back to my life which the covid has successfully ruined before now ????
