FNB just getting worse and worse.

Due to unforeseen and tragic events my husband was sentenced to 18 years in prison. On numerous occasions I had to deal with FNB about his accounts who has been phoning him every single day non stop. I had to deal with rude agents, phones being slammed down in my ear. I have sent through documentation confirming he is in jail. And now I get an e-mail about claims. Nobody tried to claim anything so I don't even know what they are talking about. They are quick to accuse a person of not informing them of the situation etc but I have been telling them this for more than 3 months now. I have sent through a letter from the jail. I don't know what to do anymore. I have switched off his phone now because I have informed them, I have sent documents. I have spoken to them numerous times. I give up dealing with them.
