FNB & Just Fashion VIP

FNB : ***** inside job. A small amount went out of my savings account on 26th of January without my knowledge. Today the 28th of January and amount of R460.07 went off again without my permission. Immediately my email for this transaction came through. The company is Just Fashion VIP. While I was busy on chat asking this company where they got my details another amount of R133.19 went off from my account again. When I phoned the ***** branch at FNB I was told it went off using my VIRTUAL CARD - the cvc nr is supposed to change every hour. I was not even on the Internet on Thursday or today. I asked the consultant to put a stop on the two pending payments where I was told it cant be done. So using your physical card or virtual card is not safe. I have had to cancel my credit card and debit card at FNB so many times I lost count. I think it’s time to go to another bank due to all these ********** transactions going on. I am so angry like a rattle snake!!!
