FNB just don't care about their clients. Bad Customer Service.

28 Feb I called FNB Credit card about an amount of R19.11 that was debited and credited on my account every day. Some days it was credited 6 times. I was advised a call will be logged and someone will contact me. I asked to be called.

Few days after hearing nothing I called again asking if there is any progress. The agent advised me to contact k mokolobate, who was working on my case. I contacted her and she asked me to email her. I sent her a email that same day 5 March 2019 about my query.

Again a day later after hearing nothing I called to hear if there is any progress. The agent advised me they will call me back.

6 March - after hearing nothing again i decided to go a different route and log a complaint on FNB, thinking they will be able to escalate the matter. I got an email with a reference number. I called the complaints department directly asking for an escalation and call back, the agent advised me she will do that.

Ref num: **********

7 March called after no response(Only a Generic computer generated email "We received your complaint"), the agent advised me I must wait 24-48 hours. I again asked for escalation.

11 March - I receive a Email from Keagan Dollie stating my budget facility has been incorrectly billed. I called again as I had a few more questions that was not answered. The agent said she will escalate the matter again and make sure someone calls me.

12 March - Complained on Twitter.

Today - Not one call received from FNB in 13 days.

I have been a client of FNB for more than 15 Years and they cant call me and explain the situation. Is this the Client Service a client of FNB should expect? Can a manager please contact me and explain my unanswered questions:

1) What exactly is the issue on my account.? 2) Why was I billed 'R19.11' 12 times in 2 days? 3) Did I pay interest on the amounts that was billed incorrectly ? Will I be refunded? 4) Will this happen in future? 5) Why wont FNB call me?

Now I will probably receive a copy and paste reply of we received the complaint and will escalate the matter. I have learned the pass 2 weeks that does not happen.

I never expect such bad client service from FNB!
