FNB JUST DOESNT GIVE A DARN ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS
This is unacceptable!!! Yet another incredible inconvenience from FNB.
After my international limits being removed in March this year for suspected ***** which was not ***** at all and it took almost a week for them to be restored it now seems that FNB decided to lower my limits or whatever the reason for them to remove them again. I have called so many numbers and always being asked either email ********** or call the card limits helpline. The helpline of course is a dead end which nobody ever answers.
All I keep getting are automated responses that my case will be resolved in up to two days. Two days have come and gone, I have sent a reminder to which i was asked for my card or account number. The info that was already provided in my email.
After resending the info i got another automated response and then nothing!!!!!!
How many times do i have to send an email before i actually get a response from FNB, other then you asking me for the information that i have already provided? Your helpline (the number you advise to call in your automated response email) is useless. I have spent hours waiting for someone to answer the phone.
I have also written to the person listed as contact for excallations- Zelda Grobler. NOTHING!!! No response, no resolution.
In the meantime I am in the foreign country without funds because FNB has decided to block my cards for no valid reason whatsoever - AGAIN!!
I have been FNB client for some 20 years I have been working from oversees in the last eight years, with short visits to South Africa – no problems with FNB before, I am South African tax resident I am on good standing with SARS My limit was removed after i bought R17 loaf of bread!!!
Will someone please get back to me? As I am currently overseas I can be reached via email or international number + ********** 063
Kind regards
