fnb just doesnt care for their clients!!!!

Took a loan and it was paid up in same month ..April and i called to request them to remove my name from bureau. I was advised it will and can only be done after 12 months and is done automatically i app**** yesterday at another institution and cos of fnb loan still reflecting the term of repayment was shortened i called fnb collection and sifiso advised there was no request for removal frm bureau ever and it take 5 days to remove..so why am i been played fnb??? All your agents should speak the same language when it comes to lending policies.. why wasnt i sorted out in April when i initially requested... your staff from the collections dept says it takes 5 days and no request was made in April for it to be removed
