FNB just does not listen! what a waste of TIME!

I app**** for a home-loan for R920 000 which FNB declined. I submitted a motivation with supporting documents then my loan was approved for a lesser amount of R699 200. I was told I am being offered R699 200 because of my monthly affordability. I then went and settled an account with Capitec which reflected a monthly exposure of R5700, which means my monthly affordability increased by R5700. I requested FNB again, to review the offer and at the least increase the amount to R782 000 in view of the additional cash to my monthly disposable and I provided proof that the said account has been closed.

FNB today sent me an final quotation, they have not bothered to look at my motivation, the amount is still R699 200 and no reason has been given in terms of why my motivation cannot be accepted. I have been running around getting this and that making sure that I have my ducks in a row to get this finance but you people just disregard my motivation instead I am told to write yet another motivation, wait for another two weeks??? This cannot be right.. I am as mad as hell..

Please do not get my private banker to call me because so far he has not been helpful at all.
