FNB just constantly disappoints :(

I app**** for a FNB credit card online (stupid choice on my side because my experience with FNB account applications has been dreadful). 2 days later I received an SMS to fax or email my ID & proof of income, which I did the following day. A day after that I received another SMS to fax or email my proof of income, again, which I resent (via email), and questioned why I had received a 2nd SMS when I had sent the documentation already. 5 days quiet and no feedback from FNB, then today again I receive a 3rd SMS to fax or email my proof of income, which I have already sent twice. This SMS has no number I can call to enquire about what the problem is given that I've sent the required documentation twice. I need to understand: what is the hold-up with my application, why I keep getting requests for proof of income when I've sent it twice, when will the application be finalised, and what number I can call should I have an enquiry.
