FNB Just Can't Deliver

I have had the worst time ever trying to get access to my Body Corporate bank account, since I was made Chairman of the Body Corporate late in 2014. <br> <br> I have tried for around three months now. <br> <br> I thought we'd made progress when my cheque card was meant to be delivered to me yesterday. But, CCD Couriers, the useless company FNB contracts to deliver their cards, after sending me two warning texts in advance, failed to arrive at my address in the two hour time slot they told me they'd be there. <br> <br> And I got zero correspondence from them. I had to call CCD Couriers to find out where their courier was. <br> <br> Then I received a text this morning say CCD Couriers had been unable to get hold of me!!! <br> <br> Not only has FNB been utterly *********** in achieving a solution in this matter, but they hire a useless courier company to make good on their promises.
