FNB just block accounts

How can FNB block a clients accounts to say KYC is not updated. Fica is collected when you open the account. You can't open an account with out an ID and Address. This is not the clients problem if the loose your Fica or go on a new system. They need to upload it with the documents that they received when you open the account. So now it's month end and they block my accounts. why must I as a client give the Fica again it was my responsibility when I open the account. And then they want to phone me and sent me sms to put money in my account. But they have block it. I'm so fed up with FNB the do just want they want.
