FNB: Just another pyramid scheme
I had the unfortunate experience as a “private client whatever that **** means” of requesting a limit increase on my credit card. I submitted the request on the 30th of May 2022 and I was told it would take 3 - 5 working days. It’s been 11 working and 3 escalations later. I followed up today and was told I need to wait for the manager to come into the office tomorrow. Is he/she based in a bush somewhere with no internet access? With all these high fees they charge us, but a manager in the credit department at FNB can not attend to an escalation remotely? FNB is just another VBS or former African Bank🙄

14 Jun 2022, 08:58Today marks day 12 of the 5 working days that I was told was needed to have my credit card limit application processed. I received a callback yesterday in response to the hello Peter complaint. I was busy and could not speak. The lady who called me committed to calling me back today at 8:30 am and has not done so. I am on the call with yet another consultant at FNB and they have informed me that there has been no progress on the matter. Not sure if I should undress than spin on my head before I get service from FNB.
