FNB Just another greedy corporation

So seeing as what should be a quick and painless process is taking an age to resolve lets see if this wakes up the people at FNB.

I have been with FNB for over 20 years.

I have a home loan. I am asking for a very small advance, from the capital amount paid off, to pay off the outstanding debt on my car. (Ironic that the money received will go STRAIGHT BACK to you and you can charge me interest on it)

So had to do an entire re application for a home loan. I know this is procedure but still frustrating for what is a relatively small advance

I have zero debt except for house and car and what I have had I have always paid off quickly.

Lo and behold FNB will be INCREASING my interest rates. I have been asking for a reason why this is the case but have received zero response.

This process really shouldn't have taken longer than a week and here I am over a month later. Frustrating
