FNB JURISTIC CRS INCOMPETENCE

Juristic CRs has no clue what they are doing. I have sent documentation for my Trust twice and both times it was ignored or partially ignored. 1st time they advised me the postal code was incorrect without checking the rest of the documentation. Now they asking for the independent trustee info although an independant has no financial interest in a trust. When you phone the juristic Crs helpdesk they have staff that gives you answers without understanding what they are saying. They have no clue what a independent trustee is nor an amendment to the deed. I keep on repeating myself with no success. When you send them the info they ignore it. I have asked many times why an independent trustee has to complete their forms and get the ame script "if they are a trustee info is required". Once again they are not Trustees. I have no idea how to fix this and,Fnb has staff yhat had no clue either.
