FNB JOSH SUCKS!!!!!

I logged a complaint against FNB Ref(***) this was on the 4th, i then spoke to Verona who told me someone will call me on Monday, i waited and did not receive this call, i then got a call from David on Thursday who wasnt the manager, i was now called by the most *********** team leader Josh, she didnt even afford me the oppurtunity to complete what i was saying, kept cutting me off whilst speaking, whats worse is that she was defending her consultant telling me she doesnt think he is wrong, did you even listen to that call? did he give you the full details? i requested to speak to a manager and got a team leader, Josh told me that her manager was on leave and his manager was on leave as well, she was standing in for both of them... how do you leave *********** people in charge to deal with customers????? YOUR PEOPLE AND SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!
