lol, FNB handed me over to debt collectors for an account that was not meant to be open.

I have raised a complaint, the only outcome was the account being closed and now I get debt collectors calling me?

The service recovery consultant nor my wealth banker/ analyst could do anything about this? For R1k - What a laughable matter.
