FNB joining the *******

So FNB seems to be start joining the ******* culture in this Country, I have specifically asked them (FNB) to stop the ******* withdrawal of money from a debit order from ADT(*******!) to no avail , the debit order not only continues but the amount is higher than before! This is plain theft! people like Amanda at Fnb on secure chat just simply tells me that i must sort it out with ADT after i was assured that it has been cancelled.

FNB are allowing other people to simply take money from my account and then tells me its not their problem.
