Thank you so much to Mpho Raphata and Lamola Masilopane for their assistance and incredible personalities. I have experienced issues with my account for the past three months where unauthorized debit orders where allowed to go off my account even when I didn't haven't money in it. I don't have an overdraft facility as well and this was of supriced to me that I could have a munis on my account. Early this month I had a balance of around munis R8 100 which was debited against my account. I have been reversing allowable debit orders but the money that was above R2000 I had to call the bank. A lot of frustration and confusion was created during this three months and moreover penalty charges on reversals have cost me. Last month alone I had charges over R1 100 on penalties for reversing debit orders the bank should have not allowed to go off my account in the first place. I opened a new account to run away from all of that mess as advised by the bank. This two wonderful people put in a request for me to get the penalty charges against my account which was R150 for each debit order and suspended my account so that no transactions may go on. We are still awaiting response and hopefully my money will be refunded soon so I can close the account. The level of financial inconvenience the bank has cost me is majorly and in the process affected my credit score highly. My greatest appreciation for the wonderful work of this two individuals, for the explainations and clarifications and for providing me with information regarding my account.
