FNB It's time to get into this century and out of the 1800"s

Every time I deal with FNB or one of their divisions there is some sort of issue. They can't get paperwork right, can't offer competitive interest rates, can't supply statements in an accessible format. I can't imagine my accountant is the only one asking for statements in .csv format. When I ask FNB, I am told this is not something they can do. Why must everything result in a public forum complaint before someone at FNB gets the message
