FNB ITS **** OF BANK

FNB ******** its clients-My mother was ****** of her wallet of the 17/06/2022 and she went to report the matter of the very same day; she was issued a new card on the 18/06/2022 but to her surprise someone was making purchases with her card outside of the province whereas she was given a new card. she went to FNB to report the incident that has occurred trying to understand the possibility of someone using the old card whereas she is in possession of a new one, she was told that a case of ***** is being investigated and the matter will be dealt with; but the tapping still continues from the 18/06/2022 to date and its done in the same area in LIMPOPO in form toll gate payment. My question is how can a blocked card be active or is it perhaps an inside job, the matter was report but the is no change!!!!!
