Yesterday I experienced ***** on my app now thy can’t help me these branches told me straight that they can’t do anything…but if it was a white person they would acted faster..so sad to hear that on such big company…n now my card it’s at negative…dat I ddnt do n um getting paid next week I dnt knw how will I get my wages thou um on negative that I ddnt do n I need my R1250 dat has been taken yesterday..Mahashe, Thuli these lady told me that there is nothing she can do ena will book my case 😭😭I have a funeral @ home on weekend…I have to pay rent next week Monday Ai Ai I wanna leave fnb even at meadowlands branch told me they cant help me I need help I need my money back n now my wages will b on negative my case number is ***

I don’t understand how do I even trust you as my bank where as there was R8000 that went out of my account without even having that amount of money in my account..someone from your Co needs to answer to that and I need my account cleared ASap as I’m already on a zero balance yet I didn’t have that amount money on my account ..what a ****ty bank did I decide to trust with my money...***n close that bank cause that a *****ulent Bank .. your ***** department is sleeping on duty (it’s a dismissal offence) cause your I.t crew give people our profiles to do this *****s.
