FNB it’s 6 months later NO response and no money back which they took from my account!!!

First National Bank is refusing to pay back my money which they took from my account in 2022 November 6 months later no communication of the feedback regarding the case from an investigator by the name of Thando Talipi even after sending numerous messages and emails for her to call no response at all

Surely customer service is the last thing at Fnb
