FNB items pains No 4 debit order ****

Hello Peter please note that I am reporting my bank I opened a funeral policy with them and the initial debit should be on the 20th As I always transfer money from my current account to savings now they debuted today Items paid No 4 lte -350 extra charge on top of the 780 funeral cover I am paying I did not say they should debit after or when the account does not have money can they please reverse that charge !! To their ****s I’m so disgusted by this
