FNB #Items paid no funds - We are being ****med - Check your accounts NOW

I looked through my statements for the past 12 months and found that FNB has been taking money from my account under "#Items paid no funds". I called FNB numerous times asking them to reverse these transactions and also not allow it to continue.. They would reverse these but it just wont stop. Now I see a trans dated (year ago) from 3 January 2022 and they refuse to reverse this saying its over 3 months ago.
