FNB # ITEMS PAID NO FUNDS

FNB has been deducting my account for months now under the reference of "ITEMS PAID NO FUNDS". I went to the bank yesterday to get clarification and I spoke with three different people who couldn't help me because apparently I made purchases without having funds in my account, which is not true.
