FNB - ITEM PAID NO FUNDS "- *******.

My name is Portia Stonga, I have a Private client account wilth Fnb with no overdraft. Im so upset and annoyed by the massive charges on my account, there were purchases made and it took my account to a - balance however what im failing to understand is ive been charged DECLINED PURCH TRA 400974*4941 07 MAR 8 times then #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 2 ITEMS of R250 x 2, #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 3 ITEMS of R375, #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 1 ITEMS of R125.

If i calculate just these charges without my monthly R399 fee that i pay it annoys me. i feel ripped of as the charges alone are R1100 then the monthly fee and service fee of almost R500 every month.

I understand the balance went to a - balance but im already charged the Decline fee of R8.50 x 8. i want to deposit money into my account but i refuse to pay R1100 for bank charges. if this is not resolved and this charges reversed i will need to change banks as this is a *******. why am i paying a huge amount of monthly fees if i will be charged service fees, and other huge charges.

I need this resolved ASAP by reversing these fees as i need to deposit money into this account and my salary will be coming in in few days but if not i will rather go the bank that will cater for my needs and also charge me less.
