FNB - #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS "CHEQUE ACCOUNT" ****

Dear FNB,

I am Nkoli Cheque account holder of FNB, I have been charged R120.00 for #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 1 ITEMS ON 26/01/2021. I need my money back, I am not late with my debit orders and every month you charge me R150 if not R120. I spoke to your consultants several times regarding this **** but non of them knows what is it but every month you put this charges. Please return ALL my money or I will move my account to another BANK that does not take client's money for the service already paid for. You have become the WORST BANK these days...SINCE APRIL 2020 I'm charge R150 or R120 every month on put top on the service fees that you charge me. I need my money from last year when you started with this charges you have no explaination to, then I move to another bank.
